Outsurance
Outsurance consultants are LIARS & EXTORTIONISTS!

I bought a car in Dec 2012 & had it insured with Outsurance. The instalment was very high (R1490pm) but their consultants assured me that this amount would reduce within 6 months. I've been informed numerous times that I'm up for a review in June 2013. I phoned them yesterday to enquire by how much the instalment would be reduced & I was informed that this can only be done next year. I spoke to their supervisor, Tasheel Bhaw & explained everything to him. He wasn't prepared to help me by escalating this matter further, he only mentioned an investigation which I know for sure that it will not be conducted, hence I've opened a case against Outsurance & those employees who to me.

Had I known that these consultants were lying to me, I wouldn't have stayed with Outsurance for 6 months, I would have changed them a long time ago. I asked Tasheel to listen to their recordings because I was informed this by more than 3 people there. Outsurance leaves me no choice but to pursue legal action for their & for extorting money from me. I will NOT accept this treatment not especially after I've had some challenges with them regarding my home insurance. I'll see them in court very soon.
