FFW Big on HANDBAG COVER until you claim!!!

My handbag was. Tried claiming and was told no replacement of ID, Drivers Licence and all cards will be covered (only on home contents) - seriously, does your handbag stay at home? Yet on the website they advertise what a schelp it is to queue in banks to replace cars and get a new drivers licence - What a surprise to hear that would not be covered on my claim. My bag was from my car by remote jamming as this was viewed on CCTV outside my kids school- I was informed as long as they can view the CCTV they will cover my claim. Spoke to Tumi around 11 who assured me she will call me back, we were cut off, until now she never called yet made a note that they now might not cover due to no forced entry - I tried complaining to her Sup, Natasha Pillay sent her an email at 11:51. No reply. I called in X3 and left 2 messages - 1 message for Tumi, still no call back - and 1 message for Natasha - also no call back - Its simple for a claim under R2000- refund me for my loss - exclude the money & cell phones not specified as I understand this is not covered!!!
