African Bank

Hi

I received a call from African Banking claiming that I haven't made payment on my loan that I toke out with them for R10, 000.00 in 2007 and they going to take legal action. I have requested a copy of the agreement which I sign with them and I have notes upon receipt of the agreement that all the correct documents was there, but the signature on the agreement was not mine. Then was referred to their legal department to log a investigation. I tried to contact legal department but failed to get through.

Please assist the amount owing them is now R21000 and can't remember taking out a loan for that amount. I had two loans which was paid up.
