Unauthorised debit from my account

I fail to understand why this people are debiting my account because i did not get the services that they promised to render to me. now i get an sms and email stating that I applied with them on the 09/03/2012 and only now they are debiting my account. I mean really after a year of no communication from their side about what they can help me with or even better to let me know that I OWE them some money.

Now they are threatening me with legal action against me and I say bring it on. You are such an unprofessional bunch of people who don't know how to do their jobs. And do me a favor... STOP debiting my account.
