False advertising - 5 months of bad service

I have been a loyal customer of FNB for 20 years. At the beginning of this year I upgraded my lifestart (student) account to a gold cheque account since I am now a young professional person. My expectation was that I would receive all the benefits associated with this account that FNB advertise so avidly. Including fuel rewards and e-bucks. To this day I have not received these rewards. At the end of february I began to enquire about this problem and was told that my account was not in good standing which was never the case. After speaking to various consultants I was referred to the branch manager who eventually assured me 3 months after the start of my enquiries that he had solved the problem and that the e-bucks would be paid out to me on the 8th of June. When I enquired again as to why this did not happen I was simply told that the problem was not with FNB and that it was being investigated. I insist that this is FNBs problem and that they should solve it an pay me the e-bucks due to me from the date on which I upgraded my account. They have since offered to upgrade my account further to a platinum account, but they have yet to deliver on their rewards advertised
