I feel Cheated

First there was a R1 debit been debited from my account from december 2012, which for the first month I left the second month it was there and the third until I called them then it was rectified, then came a call from some company wanting to confirm insurance on their behalf, I have sent the confirmation. then end of last month I see a whole R300 or so extra on my monthly payments, called them they have "cancelled" the policy but now it's taking forever to pay me my money back.
