Incompetance and lack of Urgency!

I have been inconvenienced by Standard Bank twice in the last two weeks and I have still waiting for them to rectify their errors.
Firstly I tried to draw money at a machine clearly labelled Standard Bank in Bulwer on the 01st of June. The machine had an error made me wait 10 mins for it to spit my card out (and apparently correct my account) and only to give me a slip confirming the request for R1000 and the fact it dispensed nothing. I take the slip to the branch who tell me I have to wait 6 working days for this to be rectified. This is unacceptable. Their machine made the error - why should I now be out of pocket. I have to pay their atm fee's however when an error Is made I have to wait. Why am I paying for a service that is lacking??
The second occurrence was I bought spares for KR Motor Spares in Pinetown - after my husband tried his card and was told that it was declined despite ample funds, I tried my card. As a result it has gone through on both accounts. KR has tried to for days to get Standard to reverse however they tell us its in a suspense account and will take 48 hours to release. We have waiting 2 lots of 48 hours to release
