Unacceptable!!!

I had a bruma account Ref 538279 I paid my account up settled!!! Still get sms'e stating I owe them money. Close my account asap!!! I want my paid up letter!!! Phoned today regarding above and were told that system not updated and my balance is still not R0.00... I paid my acc up on the 29th of May. Surely this is unacceptable!!! My contact details have changed. So please contact me asap... I will not tolerate this
