Still no feedback!!!

On the 27th of May i wrote a review about Wonga regarding a query on the account which has been paid up via debit order. After months of requesting a voice recording where i spoke to the wonga agent in JANUARY regarding the debit order for THE FULL OUTSTANDING AMOUNT!!! They responded on the report saying that they will look into it and that someone will be contactiong me shortly.

No one has contacted me.
I have no idea whether they have resolved the matter, blacklisted me for their mess or what???

I am SICK and TIRED of financial institutions taking advantage of the little people and then not even having the decency to talk to the people they take advantage of!!

I will be spreading word of this far and wide.
