Pula exchange!!?

So I decided to go and exchange my pulas for rands at Standard Bank. Did not wait very long for assistance, but the assistance was bad!! I asked the lady to exchange my pulas and she paused and looked at me and said, "we don't exchange it here, go around the corner", but at the top of the teller said Buruea de change?? So she told me, we charge a R85.00 fee to exchange money, so I asked her how much will i get for 330 pulas, she just said minus "85 rand from your money". At another bank they worked out a price for me and it is not nearly as ridiculous as Standard Bank is. I told her that it is a lot to just exchange 330 pulas?? She told me this is the only place where I can exchange it with a very snotty attitude!! I am looking for a bank to do business with as I am starting one. Thank you Standard Bank for showing me not to bank with you!
