Cant get hold of MFC via call centre!!

Hi,

Spoke to call center on Monday and got steps to settle my vehicle. Settled vehicle on Tuesday and since then the call center will ring for 12 - 14 minutes and call is dropped. I used the please call me facility on the mfc website and alas no one has called me back in the past 48 hours. Unacceptable! I need to request my vehicle documents.
