I am seriously reconsidering closing my newly opened cheque account with this ridiculous bank. The branch in Belville pathetic you literally in a queue for more then on hour. I called the call centre to stop my card as i was robbed. After i asked the consultant can she see my profile was informed yes, I then asked that she provide me with my loan account number and she advised me she is unable to do so i need to call another number to retrieve the loan account number, seriously you have a call centre and your stupid people cant assist with an account number, then I'm told i can't make an ATM deposit what the you guys seriously need to look at ways as your service big time I now need to go to the pathetic branch tom pay my account whereas I could have just deposited this at an ATM... You guys no wonder you losing clients like flies
