ABSA Vehicle Finance Call Centre POOR POOR

When you apply all goes well but to get to a consultant after the application is impossible. You hold on for ages on the telephone, and sometimes just get cut off. I am really really disapointd in ABSA. Truly poor poor service. even after leaving messges these consultants dont nother to phone back.
