Money debited by 3rd party without my knowledge

I printed out my a bank statement from my capitec acc, to my suprise, I saw a debit oder from a company with a strange name, Ocean solutions, then when when I phoned enquiries, no investigation was done on capitec's side to in terms of reversing the funds I was provided with the number for the company that debited my account without my knowlwdge and I never gave my acc details or done busines with ocean solutions, then wthing else.hen I called ocean solutions there was still no explanation as to where they obtained my banking details and I expect capitec as my bank to protect my account, I was debited R99 and would like for you to credit my acc with that amount before I get ripped of more and then I will close the acc and look for a better bank.
