READ YOUR STATEMENTS CAREFULLY

I received a transaction history (purely by accident as I was querying another matter and MFC are incapable of being consistent on when they deliver statements) and low and behold on an almost 3 year old loan which is timeously serviced on a monthly basis there is a "Initial financial charges - 182" for the amount of R13160.10. then there is the "Migrated To Nb417062500000001 Period : 0030 - 23" for an amount of R307.98 all on the 18 May 2013.

So on a car I bought for R60 000 in 2010 and only owed R45603 on, I now still owe R57 397 because of arbitrary amounts attached to my account with not so much as a peep from MFC.

3 attempts to get a result from customer service email addresses and 5 failed attempts to call through and still no answers.
I have handed this over to my attorney to deal with as NO ONE can bother to get back to me about any of this.

I have NEVER defaulted on my payments and I certainly did not benefit from this mystical R13700 amount.
I am somehow now indebted for this amount with zero explanation and I pray that everyone else scrutinize their "transaction history" very very carefully.
