Dear Absa,

I made a request for an RVN activation to your RVN "Forensics"department on the 19th May 2013.
I am overseas at the moment and I need URGENTLY to have the feature activated.
Your people keeps on passing the buck: from the Irish mobile network to MTN...
You are (for now) my bank. So you have to help one of your customers!
I went on twitter, I emailed and call your people ..but still after nore than 2 weeks..you got no solution to my query!
How difficult is for you to send an email to the local Irish mobile newtwork authorising them to activate the RVN???
pathetic are you Absa!
