Extremely dissatisfied with their service

I am claiming 3rd party through robson's due to their client bumping into me whilst I was parked still in a parking. They have not followed up the incident once a mm d have left me phoning them back and forth to find out what is happening only to get the response that no one knows whats happening or when it will be sorted by, leading to me being even more unsatisfied. The staff I have been in contact with have been rude and very disrespectful and most unhelpful! this is definitely not a insurance policy I would like to be with, and I would advise my friends and family to definitely not take out a policy with Robson Insurance Brokers.
