Absa Claims RD when they took the money

I got a call of some person who was pathetic on the phone claiming that my Car has been RD this month, when in fact i have the statement printed this morning that the payment went through on the 1st like it always does and there was no RD on my statement at all.

I was rude to him cause the caller claimed i was in areas and that no payment was received, and i suggested they check their records before they attack me and make a claim like that . i have been with Absa now for 18 years and never had an RD off my account at all. He then claimed he was going to debit me again for the outstanding amount and laughed when i instructed him that if he did, i would lay a complaint and nail his nuts to a wall.

I have to now take time off work to go to a branch to prove that payment was taken off and this guys laughed at me .. it was like he enjoyed the fact he can call white people and tell them he will double debit them and there is nothing we can do .. i was disgusted with him and hung up
