Do not vever open a account with this company - they are quick to demand moneys but VERY slow to pay monies they owe back
last month i resigned from my postion to start a new job closer to home... the previous compant didnt pay my salary own - so i contacted all my account companies to let them know what the issue is inclueding RCS - well i dint get a responce till the new month - then the debit my account what ever amount they want to and not phone or consulting with the custemer.
I THEN GOING IN AND PAY THE ACCOUNT IN FULL R11700.00 RAND... AND THEY STILL DEBIT MY ACCOUNT!!!
AND WHEN I PHONE TO FIND OUT I GET TOLD THE AMOUNT IS NOT REFLECTING AND THAT I MADE A PURCHASE OF R1880.00... HOW PATHETIC!!!
BESIDES THE ATTITUDE OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE" LADY AND THE MISSING MONIES!!!..I GET TOLD I HAVE TO PROVE TO THEM I HAVE PAID THE ACCOUNT UP AS ITS NOT REFECTING ON THIER STATEMEMNT 4 DAYS LATER!!!
