ITC not UPDATED

I have requested for my ITC profile to be updated for my FNB Credit Card. My ITC shows monthly installment of R8437 when my statement issued 7 May 2013 shows an amount of R279. I requested several times for my profile to be updated for a true reflection.

Since 20 May 2013, I have written several emails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] made phone calls to 0875777000 (spoke to Christine Mthembu 31/5/2013 who assured me that by 1 June 2013, my ITC will be updated), received feedback from Thulani Mabuza [Email Removed] on 23/5/2013 assuring that my ITC will be corrected.

Today, the 3rd of June 2013, no update is made on my Transunion ITC profile... a monthly installment of R8437 is still there.

This is rather disappointing after all the communications, feedback and assurances received.
