Debit orders not going off as signed fo

The nature of African Bank collection consultants can be extremely arrogant when they have to phone you for outstanding money. My problem however is with the fact that you do not take the debit order when you are supposed to and as a result I am getting more and more behind and it will remain my fault when an agent calls me, its just never your fault. Last month I offered to do an EFT, the answer was a clear NO. Well, in that case 1) you have no right to charge me interest on the arrears that you did not take via debit order and 2) i will be seeking legal advise since you are breaching contract. I consider this month's payment a gift then since it has still not gone off and you no longer have the right to run any debit orders on my account for this month as i only signed fot the 29th of each month. Thanking you for that!
