Firstly Thumbs Up Brenda Keogh Bank Consultant of FNB Walmer Park PE. This is hoping that Management takes note & appreciates his/her Staff as much as the Ceo, Danny Jordaan, when he publicly announced on National TV that he appreciated the Staff of FNB & Thanked them.
Why am I impressed with Brenda? Well she is taking to heart their slogan "How can we Help". She is very Professional and finds out exactly what are the customers real needs, not necessary their wants. Then with her vast years of knowledge & experiences of various Products FNB has available, with the right attitude, same goals (as the customer), with lots of patience (especially with Senior Citizens), she suggests & advises.
Paying attention at all times to replies & questions. She exhibits a teachers talent in walking her new customer through the chosen Products.
The feeling & impression is huge, that she is there to provide a SERVICE no matter what it may take, and if necessary makes an extra appointment to follow up, that the Customer leaves feeling that, YES!! This is the Bank that cares & "puts their (our) Money where their mouth is." That their slogan is not just another Marketing Gimmick. Thanks Brenda.
