New ABSA website 'upgrade' full of problems

We are trying to pay salaries but since the new ABSA website upgrade, nothing seems to work properly. We get Online Payroll with missing menu options and beneficiary payment errors - NOT IDENTIFIED AND VERIFIED. We phoned the bank a few days ago and were assured the problem has been resolved but upon trying again tonight we are back to the error messages!!!
