I was not able to pay my fee 4hrs after payment was received (have proof for reason) I was sent numerous sms's by Sasha over that weekend, Sunday night 8 o'clock, telling me by how much the fee will increase daily etc. I received a final demand on 29/05/2013 from SMC clearly stating consequences of default payment. Instead of stopping after demand was now sent, Sasha continued to bombard me with whatsapp & sms messages at night 29/05/2013 stating the following to name but a FEW; She will see that I am suspended, lose my job, treated differently by fellow employees, be blacklisted, she was tired of being my little pocket card etc etc. I was called to name a few: dishonest, a, I have committed, etc etc. I have settled my fee as per my email to Sasha, which (by the way) is R90p/d.
I am now in the process of lodging a complaint with the FSB and other relevant institutions with the help of a compliance officer, as we believe that employees do not have the right to treat clients the way Sasha did me. Please do not do business with a Company that allows their employees to treat people this way
