I have previously had problems with Hi-Fi Corporation and I must say, at one stage I was extremely frustrated with them. Along came Sasha Pillay and her colleagues, and turned the situation around for me. Hi-Fi Corp needs to give this girl a raise. She and Luan really did try very hard to make sure I remained a customer. They followed up my complaints, gave me regular feedback and assisted me in a way I never before experienced from Hi-Fi Corporation. If this company had more employees like this, They would not have a tenth of the bad reports they have had on Hello Peter. Thanks ladies, your commitment and service is truly appreciated!
