Opening of a Unit Trust acc

I opened an Unit Trust account for my son during 2005 and always received a professional and friendly service from ABSA Fund Manager (Call centre). I recently tried to open an Unit Trust account for my daughter but had to walk away empty handed. I almost decided not to proceed but decided to email ABSA Fund Managers, remembering their professional, friendly and effecient service, when Clint returned my mail and immediatly assisted me.
