Deduction off of my account for absolutely NOTHING

On 29 April 2013, I started completing the online application form, putting my Personal information and Banking details, thinking that it's for future refference on the LOAN account I'm applying for. After reconsidering, I did not complete the process, I just logged off of the website. Unfortunately They received the info and send me 2 sms'es, firstly to notify that the application was accepted, and that I'm GUARANTEED to get a loan subject to my affordability and credit criteria through their financial services providers. Second sms says URGENTLY REQUIRED: Certified copy of ID, 3 mnth bank statement, 2 latest payslips, proof of address AND proof of payment of R399. Then telling me where I can go pay that R399, Shoprite. Woolworths, Checkers, or an FNB Acc No. and tO fax proof of payment to them. As far as I was concerned, I started applying for the loan, I closed the page, they obviously got my info and smsed me confimation of the receipt of my details and wanting my URGENTLY REQUIRED documents&payment to proceed. Well I DID NOT pay R399 I cannot afford that. That was all I ever heard from them. On 29 May 2013, they debited my bank acc?? I want my hard earned money back asap!!!
