Double charged?

Quite frankly highly upset about FNB's "hidden" or rather obscure charges... Im on FNB's "unlimited pricing option" which means I pay R49 a month and have unlimited cash withdrawls etc...

No, not quite true... I withdrew a fairly large amount of cash from the Boksburg branch and found out that I was charged a service fee of R18 odd rand, which even though I was on their unlimited plan I let slide, I later discovered that over and above a service fee they charged me a "cash handling fee" (WTH is a cash handlinfee? You're a bank for crying out loud...) of around R250... R268 to withdraw money??? On the unlimited pricing plan???

Please kindly advise why these fees are charged because I completely disagree with this fee and will be changing banks shortly should this not be handled correctly.
