I have complained last week on . nothing has been done
I have managed to activate the Samsung s4 with cell c by myself. I am waiting for FNB to get back to me in connection with my R300 Samsung hub voucher and 1GB always on Wifi login details. the service from both fnb and cell is past pathetic.

I email them and all I get back is that the email has been forwarded to the smart phone dept, and that someone will get back to me in 48 hours. its been a week now. never mind 48 hours.

would someone please give me a number of someone high up.

I have already contacted the Ombudsman in connection with this service
