Every month end when I go to pay my accounts there are only two tellers during 1.00pm to 200pm. On top of it there is no specific teller to deal with business (deposits of large amounts or requesting change). I have complaint previously but nothing has been done. Yesterday I had it, waited from 1.10 to 1.25 and still not attended to.
There was another lady behind me complaining of the same thing.
Surely there should be more tellers during those times and dates, plus there should be a specific teller to deal with Businesses transactions as they take a long time
I am seriously contemplating swopping banks to First National or Nedbank
