STILL waiting for my cancellation lette

I have requested written confirmation that my policy has been cancelled. I've sent numerous requests directly to Outsurance with no response! Their service has been appalling! I can't wait to no longer be an Outsurance customer anymore. "We'll bend over backwards for you" What a joke!!!
