Truly speaking you have been so kind for the last 9 months since I have taken over from my lovely late brother Colphas. Hence I humble request you to please stay sweet as you are even to other clients that you are currently serving and also demonstrate humility. Ms Mondi, indeed I am immensely proud of your service. Apparently, I held my head high because I know a lot about insurances (what is important when choosing an insurance, you also taught me about insuring the vehicle on retail value and market value) and other staff about vehicles.
