Disgusting and lack of disclosure

Disgusted at the service offiered... i have taken this company to the Ombudsman for short term insurance. They did not disclose that there would be a 50 % charge for a claim within the first two months. I had a mountain biking accident with my phone and now to get the screen fixed i must pay them first R 4000 odd rand and now after a second consultation they want to charge me R 1762... for a screen repair on a R 10 000 phone. I pay insurance of supose to be R 120 however without notice the premium was deducted for R 230? DO not take insurance out with thei company or Call Sure they are disgusting and i am going to take this further with the Ombudman Today.
