Still no feedback after my complain

I have been waiting for the response about my unpaid premiums, and up to date i have not received anything from legalwise . worst case scenario is they didn't deduct the premium for may on the 25th as they have promised.

i am absolutely fed up with the service i am getting. what am i supposed to do in the meantime?
