I came to legal wise last year April with a problem i have with capitec bank, We were attended by Mr Molefe and he tried getting to the bottom of the problem but could not win, the same problem that coused us to activate the legal service were also in his way namely no one wanted to listen and no one took the responsibility to sort out the problem. the he dicided we should write to the Ombads man and that happened at the biginning of Novermber 2012 and he did warn us that this will take atleast 4 to 5 weeks, Then at the beginning of this year i called just to find out if he has had any feedback to my shock i found out that he was no longer working there, i immediatly logged a complain with your department n in a space of two hours i was called back and a lady in the pretoria branch told me she has Mr molefe files and she will call me as soon as she has anything for me. and that was the last time i had anything about the case.

till today no one is calling to give any details on whats happening with the case
