I have to pay due to One Plans bad service

I went to Dr in January and swiped my card there. According to them then I don't need to send them an invoice. In April I went again and phoned them in need of funds. They said they can't load funds because they are still waiting for January invoice. I explained that I did not have to send invoice as I swiped card at Dr but they said system show that I withdraw funds! I had to pay myself that day and mailed them both invoices (Jan and April). I received no feedback. 13May I received email they are going to withdraw funds as I owe them due to rejected claim! I phoned and asked why cause I did mail claims. Each time new person asked whole story and sometimes I had to wait so long while they check history I had to hang up and phone back. When asked to speak to manager they said I am not allowed. Ask to phone me back they said they are not allowed. After many calls and emails they still withdrew funds on 16May. Calls were made again. They repaid me R240 (firstly on a wrong card) but I am still waiting for the last refund. One plan caused me loss of money due to telephone calls, banking charges (as they withdrew funds unnecessary) and loss of time. No apologies were received.
