Getting no assistance

I must say Mutual & Federals service is very poor. i have been trying to get old of the person responsible for my claim and i have had no luck. She said she will give us feedback with regards to our car but we haven't heard any news. i"m really fed up with this insurance. If this how they treat their clients i should get another insurance.
