After being told my my medical aid that they will not cover a procedure for my son (2yrs) I did not know who to turn to, the procedure cost about R 16, 500.00 and with-out it, my son will continue to wake up with pus in his eyes, coming out his ears and coughing all night long. Thank you to Standard bank and especially to Neville Chetty who took his time with me and gave me the best advise on how to go about changing my account to be able to pay for the procedure. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and gave me some good advise.
