FNB how can we help you, or should I say how can we rob you
I had a personal loan with fnb which I handled quite well paid it off within half the agreed loan term, I settled the account in august of 2012, but little did I know that fnb and continued debiting my account to date, they have refunded an amount which doesn't tier up with what they had been debiting from me. to make matters worse I had my home loan application declined because of this, I didn't declare certain debit order on my statement in application on income and expenses. I didn't declare this because I was under the impression this was done and dusted a year ago. I am currently trying to sort this and I am not getting any help from the loans dept, all though FNB has agreed that the fault lays on their side, no1 is prepared to fix this, I have chatted to the so called "LOANS" manager Genrick Evans but to no avail, their customer services skills are pathetic SIS... in closing I would like to say... had the tables been turned and I didn't pay my account, it would have accumulated a load of interest which I would have been liable fo
