Referal Fee

I was told by the sales consultant that I closed my contract with, that if I can get a friend to sign up, they will pay a R500 referal fee to me, as a "reward".

I referred one of my friends to join first for women insurance, as I believed they would offer her a much better deal than what she has with her current insurer. She proceded to cancel her other insurance and took out a policy with FFW.

I contacted FFW to let them know that I referred her, they gave me a pay out date, which was 2 months later than when she joined.

It is now past that pay out date and obviously no payment has been made to me and no one returns any of my emails.
