Loan Detector Sa
Deducting from my account without my knowledge

Good day

loan tracersa claims that i submitted a loan application and 0n the 30 April 2013 they deducted R399 from my capitec bank account and i went to the bank for that money to be revised.

i have not received any services from them and they have not called me to confirm anything, i don't even have a contract with them,

now they sending sms threatening to take me to credit bureau and so wont pay for things i dont know

please help me to get them off my back and my bank account, please advice
