I logged a complaint last week for bad service received from Capitec and the fact that my query had not been resolved yet.

I promptly received feedback from their complaints department (Lee Ann Davids) that someone would be calling me within 2 working days to discuss the matter, and guess what... no surprise that after 3 working days still no contact from anyone at Capitec.

Shocking service Capitec, simply shocking.

Not even your complaints department can be trusted to provide semi decent service.

You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
