I would like to give a HUGE high 5 to John Chauke at FNB Rivonia. I was at the bank on Saturday, 18 May 2013 and the seated queue to see a consultant was extremely long. John Chauke was so professional, friendly and on the ball to all customers. He apologised that we had been waiting quite a while and miraculously managed to organise things so that the queue moved quite swiftly with everyone being helped and walking out of there happy. John is truly an asset to FNB Rivonia and I would appreciate this compliment being brought to his attention as well. Thank you John, you're a star!!
