Following the recent upgrade to the new internet system i have experienced the loss of benificiaries, daily banking limits disappearing and also not being able to log into my business account. Two weeks ago the system must have been changed as it would not except two of my existing benificiaries, one because of a forward slash and the other because of a dash in the description field. These two benificiaries had been on my profile for years.
How can i trust a system that seems to be changed at will with no information being passed onto clients. I am now so wary of future dated payments not being paid if daily limits seem to just change or disappear.
