Unpaid PSSPF after waiting 18 months

I submited my claim forms on 2 march 2012 they told me its gonna take couple of weeks. All i got was 2 or 3 phone calls telling me to fax bankstatement and ID Copy which i did more than once but they never paid me. Afterthen my bank account was deactivated but i opened a new one and i dont know what to do or where to go to continue with my claim please help
