Paying bills from investment account

The 10 of may 2013 you deduct money from investment advantage to pay home loan account, is this how it suppose to work?
Could someone give me clarity on this please

I am tired of your bad customer service. Tell me if you don't want to do business with me anymore, unlike you just do like you want on my account. There are other banks as well don't forget that, now you are pushing customers away now. You can't keep on doing the same thing every time, this is for the third time now. if my account is behind with payments, you arrange with me methods to get account up to date, you don't just go other account and take money there. Who authorised you that? THAT'S THE CLIENTS MONEY.
