Between Jan and Feb i treid having my account Rica'd . eventually after logging a complaint on Hello peter and having a senior person from African Bank caling me, the account was eventually rica'd as i had submitted my documents six times. A week ago i tried using my card and it was blocked on calling service centre on Sat 11th Saturday . i spoke to a Stpina - whom incidently was the person i cfaxed and mailed my documents the first time in Jan. She then told my my account has to be Rica'd. My question is someone not doing there job at Frican bank or what is the Reguation. Could someone please assist and have my account unblocked as soon as possible.
