Pathetic service, and rude staff

I have been saddened by the service that i have recieved from standardbank, i have been dealing with a cheque account issue for more than a year and no one is willing to assist. Sometime last I was promised that the account was cancelled as I do not know about however it has been a suprize to me to receive calls from collection about the same account. Nether the less i now want to settle whatever amount that I owe and move to another bank but the re is no one who has an idea how much is my settlement, below are the numbers of department that I called for enquiry and the people who were incompeted or rather not willing to help as they did not have an idea of what they are doing. Its very sad for standardbank to have such staff as it is a world recognised bank.
