Passing the buck

I phoned because i bought another vehicle, Outsurance could not beat my current insurance.
now they say because i have already been paid because of my previous vehicle, they don't
have to pay me the R400 they promise to pay if they can't beat my insurance.
this is a different vehicle, so why all the excuses. practise what you preach Outsurance.
