Cost To Cost Special Investigations
Forced to pay monies that was overcharged

I had a cash account with A&S tool hire and due to the bad service I have been receiving from them I decided to close my account and told them I was not happy and there was outstanding balance that I had to pay. I did not have money to pay them and never for a time where I have ran away without paying them for 3yrs. They then started calling and sending me email threatening to hand me over for collection. I went to speak with them to try resolve it, but they refuse to understand and it ended up as a big argument I left it and later that week I got a phone call from Cost to Cost Special Investigations asking me when was I going to settle my account? I then told them I was going to pay it on Friday that week. and deducted the monies that was due to as they have double charge me with Diamond blade, the problem is that I have proved to Cost to Cost Investigation but they are not looking at it and said I must pay the money that I was overcharged or else the will put my name on credit bureau
